About Tracy
For much of my life I have been a successful accountant, mother, and grandmother. While I have always taken pride in the work I do, I have also carried the dream of opening a business of my own. Some of my greatest joys have come from cooking for the people I love and bringing my family and friends together around a great meal.
My family has always been at the heart of what I do. I love attending their sporting events, dance competitions, birthday parties, traveling the world, and creating memories that we will hold onto forever.
My hope is to bring my love of family into every part of the Deli to create a warm, comfortable, family and community-oriented space for everyone to come together and feel at home.
About Tracy's Vision
I want Tracy’s Deli and Coffee Shop to combine my love of food, family, and community. I want to provide a space where every individual feels welcome from the moment they step through the door. I hope to provide a place where you can slow down, connect, laugh, and make memories. I will have events, themed nights such as BINGO, trivia, family game nights. You will find a free library for all ages. Take a book, leave a book.
My vision is simple: to create a space that feels less like a business you visit and more like a place where you belong. A space where I can share my love language with the entire community, one meal, one cup of coffee, and one memory at a time.
